Event Brief

Annual Recruitment is one of the major events of The Himalayan Foundation Chandigarh, which refers to the overall process of identifying, attracting, screening, shortlisting and interviewing young people for our organization. It is always important to invest in the young talents of tomorrow, and therefore we believe in providing them a platform to grow. Through this event, we aim to increase the member base of our organization and also provide the experience of a professional Group Discussion and Interview to the candidates which would help them in their future. Group discussions are held on random topics which are given on the spot, which help us to determine the creativity and listening skills the participants hold. The candidates are asked questions about their skills and passions and different other topics, most fundamental being the cause of joining the organization. The whole process is very interactive and the candidates participate with their utmost zeal and liveliness.

Our able leaders recognize the passionate and deserving candidates, encompassing soft skills such as team leadership, interpersonal communication etc. who further get selected and become part of the club. Every candidate gives his best to get selected and contribute to the working of the club. Also, this whole procedure gives each and every participant a rich and necessary exposure, that too at Tricity level.
